PENGUKURAN KINERJA DENGAN PERSPEKTIF BALANCED SCORECARD DI PERUSAHAAN (AMDK) PT. AHLUS SHAFA WAL WAFA

Perusahaan (AMDK) PT. Ahlus Shafa wal Wafa memiliki usia yang masih muda. Pada saat ini air minum “MaDa” segment pasar pada jama’ah hingga wali santri tersebar di berbagai daerah Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan karena belum pernah melakukan pengukuran kinerja. Proses kinerja dengan pendekatan perspektif balanced scorecard (BSC) dan menggunakan data tiga tahun terakhir mulai 2018 sampai 2020. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa dalam kurun waktu 2020, berada kondisi cukup baik. Hal tersebut dibuktikan 10 key performance indikator (KPI) digunakan, 3 (tiga) KPI mengalami penurunan, 5 (lima) relatif stabil, 2 (dua) peningkatan signifikan. menjadikan sebagai perusahaan muda terbilang baik semakin berkembang masa mendatang.ABSTRACTPT. is very young in age.
